Yes. Go to Account > Legal & Data > Export and download a full record of your profile, transactions and communication history. For a formal compliance certificate, email [email protected] with your account email and we'll send it within 48 hours.

We check your withdrawal address against your registration details and look for unusual transaction patterns. If your withdrawal seems out of character or doesn't match your history, we'll contact you via email to confirm before processing.

No. Once a withdrawal clears, we store only your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account identifier for future transactions, not the full payment details. Full encryption protects what is stored.
